Product description:Lord Hanuman is the son of Kesari, the King of the Vanaras, and Anjana Devi. He is also known as Vayu Putra because he was born by the blessings of Lord Shiva, and the blessings was sent to Anjana by Vayu, the wind God. Because he was born with the blessing of the wind, he had the courage and strength of the raging wind, and is also referred to as Pavan Putra. Lord Hanuman is an ardent devotee of Lord Rama, and one of the important characters in the epic Ramayana and is known for his selfless dedication to Rama.Lord Hanuman attained immortality; that was the reason he is referred to as Chiranjeevi. Tuesdays are considered more auspicious for worshipping Hanuman, and Hanuman Chalisa, a poetic composition by saint Tulasidas, is chanted by the devotees praising and worshipping Hanuman.

The brass statues portrays Lord Hanuman sitting in a criss cross position with his right hand showing Abhaya, and his left hand holding a mace (Gada). The statue of Hanuman has a robust body with a brave face showing clear details with respect to his forehead symbol, beard, and bumpy mouth. He is adorned with beautiful jewelries and a garland, and wearing a perfect pleated dhoti (clothing) around his waist, and a decorative crown. The mace is removable from the statue, and the tail of Hanuman is curved to one of his sides. Indeed a splendid statue of Lord Hanuman in a golden yellow finish.
