Returns
At Jayarts.com, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of package delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since the item was delivered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All returns require prior authorization from us and must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance to ensure the item is returned safely.
Wood Statue and Panel Returns
For wood statues and wall panels, we kindly ask customers to review our "Wood Characteristics" section before requesting a return or exchange. Natural wood may feature variations in grain, texture, color, minor cracks, or irregularities, which are inherent characteristics of handmade wood products and not considered defects.
Ritual Items
For ritual items, including lamps and urli bowls, returns are accepted only in cases of transit damage or a valid return reason. We do not accept returns based solely on personal preference, change of mind, or dislike.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your return.
Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, such as your credit card or PayPal account, within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again, as refunds may take time to appear.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as refunds can take additional time to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing delays are sometimes common.

Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@jayarts.com, with your order details and product pictures. Once approved, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided through the return authorization process.
Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jayarts.com, for return authorization and instructions. The return address will be provided upon approval of your request.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase by the customer are non-refundable.
- For returns valued at over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or not delivered.
