Shipping Overview

• All orders are shipped from Northern Virginia, USA.
• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and most shipments are picked up the next business day.
• Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
• For overweight or oversized items, processing and packaging may take up to 48 hours before the shipment is ready for pickup.
• All shipments are fully insured to protect against loss or damage during transit.
• We kindly ask customers to inspect the package upon delivery and do not accept any visibly damaged packages.
• If any damage is found after delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package for prompt resolution.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Expedited Shipping: UPS expedited services are available at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.
• Orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide, using trusted global carriers to ensure a smooth delivery process.

• Carriers Used: International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide and DHL Express, depending on service availability and destination.

• Shipping Rates: Additional subsidiary rates apply for all international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Customs & Import Handling

• Import Documentation: We will provide all necessary import/export documentation with your shipment to assist in a smooth clearance process.

• Clearance Process: The carrier (UPS or DHL) will handle the customs clearance process and will contact the receiver directly if additional information or payment of duties/taxes is required once the shipment reaches the destination country.

• Tariffs & Duties: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be billed separately by your local customs office.

• Customs Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, Jay Arts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
