Product description: The Buddha is seated on a double lotus pedestal in Ardha padmasana position (one leg is folded and resting on the ground, while the other leg is folded with the foot in lotus position), and his hands are in Dhyana Mudra. The Buddha has a serene countenance with his eyes looking downward in self contemplation. He has long earlobes, raised brows, and a broad shoulder. The robe of the Buddha has beautiful floral designs, and is perfectly draped in a graceful manner that goes around his left shoulder covering his body and legs. The large protrusion on the top the head is called the Ushnisha which symbolizes wisdom, and spirituality. The deep brown patina enhances the features of the statue, and is definitely an amazing piece for your home, office, and as a gift.
