Product description: Vajrasattva is a bodhisattva  in the Tibetan Vajrayana tradition, who has attained enlightenment but has chosen to stay in the cycle of rebirth to help others achieve enlightenment. The name Vajrasattva means "diamond being" or "thunderbolt being”, is typically depicted as a white, peaceful deity seated in padmasana on a lotus throne, and helps with purification and the removal of negative karma. The statue of Vajrasattva  holds a vajra in his right hand and a bell in his left hand. The vajra is held upright, close to the chest, and the bell is held facing inwards. The vajra represents the ultimate reality or truth, while the bell symbolizes wisdom. He is wearing an ornamented crown, the clothing and the lotus base have beautiful engravings with floral designs which highlights the aesthetic beauty of the statue. In Tibetan Buddhism, the practice of reciting the Vajrasattva mantra and visualizing Vajrasattva is an important part of purification practices, particularly in the context of confession and atonement for negative actions. The copper statue of Vajrasattva is handcrafted by our skilled artisans that exemplifies the craftsmanship, and reflect the rich cultural traditions of Nepal.
