Product description: BAPS, also known as the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha, is a Hindu religious and social organization. The primary deities worshipped in BAPS are Bhagwan Swaminarayan and Gunatitanand Swami. Bhagwan Swaminarayan (Lord Swaminarayan), or Purushottam is considered the central figure of BAPS. He is revered as the incarnation of God and the founder of the Swaminarayan Sampraday. Bhagwan Swaminarayan emphasized devotion to God, moral living, and service to humanity. His teachings, known as the Vachanamrut, are considered sacred scriptures by BAPS followers. Gunatitanand Swami, also known as Aksharbrahma Gunatitanand Swami, is a saint and a chief spiritual successor of Bhagwan Swaminarayan. He is revered as the ideal devotee and one who possessed great spiritual insights and divine virtues. These two deities hold significant importance in BAPS, and their teachings and principles guide the spiritual practices and religious rituals followed by the followers of BAPS. BAPS emphasizes moral and ethical values, devotion to God, community service, and personal discipline. The organization has constructed numerous magnificent Hindu temples globally, known for their architectural beauty and cultural significance.

The brass statue of Swaminarayan is depicted standing on an inverted lotus, wearing a beautiful long tunic with pleated floral designs and a pant, and a stole draped over his shoulders. He is adorned with a tall decorated crown, a garland and some jewelries. The iconic feature of Swaminarayan is a “U” shaped tilak drawn on his forehead with a sandalwood paste, and is known as "urdhva pundra." His right hand holds a lotus flower, which represents purity and enlightenment, and left hand shows Abhaya mudra. The face of the statue has a serene and compassionate expression, with a large expressive eyes symbolizing his divine vision and insight. Akshar is standing on an inverted lotus wearing a traditional clothing called dhoti, and a stole draped over his shoulders. He is wearing a turban, and a flower garland, with his right hand holding a lotus flower, and left hand shows Abhaya mudra.

BAPS Swaminarayan focuses on promoting spiritual and cultural values, and follow a strict code of conduct and engage in various charitable and educational activities to improve the lives of individuals and communities around the world.
