Product description:Buddha born as Siddhartha in a ruling family in Nepal, decided to leave the life of comfort to seek spiritual awareness. He is revered as a spiritual leader whose teachings led to the start of Buddhism. Buddha means “one who is awake” or “the enlightened one”. The statue depicts the Buddha seated in a cross-legged position (Padmasana yoga pose or full Lotus position), with his right hand touching the earth ( Bhumisparsha mudra), and left hand resting on his lap. The face of Buddha has a calm expression, and his robe has a finish with coral and turquoise inlay work. Certainly a beautiful sculpture of the Buddha in an absolute state of tranquility.
