Product description: A beautiful brass lamp with a peacock standing on a flower, and has a five wick deepam plate attached to the base of the flower. The stem of the lamp is designed with circular patterns, and has four parrots clinging on to the stem like sitting on a tree. The stem is attached to the lower plate with floral circular discs which enhances its beauty, and the lamp is supported by a sturdy floral engraved stand. The deepam plate in the lamp is filled with oil or ghee, and a wick (strands of thread or cotton) is placed inside to light the lamp. In Hinduism, lighting the lamp symbolizes the removal of darkness and brings good fortune in one's life. The Peacock ritual lamp is simply amazing, and one of my favorite lamp from our collections.
