Product description: Lord Ganesh, the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati is revered as an Elephant head God with a human body. Lord Ganesh is worshipped for wisdom, success, and one supreme deity who can remove all obstacles and difficulties in life. The brass statue of Nataraja Ganesh portrays Ganesha in a posture similar to his father Shiva, in his dance form Nataraja. Ganesh is standing on the demon Apasmara with his right leg, and his left leg is raised up in a dance pose called Ananda Tandava surrounded by the prabha mandala like his father Shiva. He has sixteen hands and each hand holds a weapon. The right hands of the Ganesh holds the following weapons arranged from top to bottom - an arrow, goad, sword, lotus, chakra, goad, and his broken tusk. Likewise the weapons on his left hands arranged from top to bottom are a bow, pasha, shield, trident, conch, and a sweet delicacy. His front right hand shows Abhaya mudra, and his left hand holds a mace. Indeed a splendid statue of Nataraja Ganesh in a black antique finish.
