Product description: Lord Nataraja is the Hindu God Shiva in his cosmic dance form. His dance Ananda Tandava on the demon Apasmara within the circle of fire symbolizes the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction. The statue is finished in a stunning red coral and turquoise inlay work and has the attributes of Lord Shiva which includes the River Ganges flowing from his hair, a crescent shaped moon, a small drum called Damaru in his upper right hand, Agni or Fire in his upper left hand, and lower right hand showing the Abhaya mudra (meaning fearlessness). There are ten serpents coiled in different parts of the body of Nataraja which is an iconography of Lord Shiva. The copper and natural brass finish brings out a ferocious, flaming effect and exudes an aura of charm.
