Product description: Narasimha, a combination of lion and man (human torso and lion’s face), is an avatar of Lord Vishnu. Lord Vishnu took this avatar to save his devotee Bhaktha Prahlada from the demon Hiranyakashipu. Goddess Lakshmi is the Goddess of wealth, and consort of Vishnu. Lakshmi Narasimha is a form where Vishnu is seated calmly with his wife Lakshmi seated on his lap. The statue portrays the typical pose of Narasimha with his wife Lakshmi seated on his left leg, with her right hand in Abhaya Mudra, and left hand holds a lotus. Lakshmi’s feet are rested on a fully bloomed lotus. The rear hands of Vishnu holds a conch and a wheel, while his front right hand shows Abhaya, and his left hand embraces Lakshmi. Vishnu is seated on an inverted lotus, backed by five-headed serpents forming a canopy for both the God and the Goddess. Both Vishnu and Lakshmi are adorned with beautiful jewelries, decorated crown, and artistically designed vastram. The face of Narasimha appears wrathful with his tongue protruding out, while the face of Lakshmi has a serene countenance. The brass statue of Lakshmi Narasimha is made of fine quality brass with an amazing finish, and has stunning details.
